BENEFICIARIES SELECTION CRITERION

Here are the criteria of selection:
low opportunity of income families will score
vulnerable, marginalized families will score
low income and single parental families will score
low income fishing community who know the techniques of fishing will score
families who have poor shelter, malnutrition and no access for
education will score
 

Constraints/Challenges
 
There were no great challenges that have faced the project. The only challenge we faced was that we planned to conduct a baseline survey in first month and this has been postponed due to workshop that CARE invited the project staff. CARE told us that unless you attend that workshop you cannot conduct any baseline survey.
The project manager and field officer attended the workshop, in the workshop every group was ordered to prepare a baseline survey tool, after that they have to sent it to the CSMT Project Manager for comments. Now we have prepared the tool and we are ready to begin the survey. This activity is now included in our next month activity plans.
 
SECOND MONTH ACTIVITIES
 
The following activities will be performed for the second month of the project:
 
  1. Base-line survey or data collection
  2. Selection of the beneficiaries and project committee establishment
  3. Signing memorandum of understanding (MoUs)
  4. Leadership, good governance and group dynamics training on project committee and selected beneficiaries.
  5. Financial management and record keeping training on target group.
